The lid feature a stainless steel thermowell, stainless steel cooling coils, and a port for a stopper and airlock. Thermowell allows for precise control of your fermentation temperature, one of the most effective ways to improve your homebrew beer or homemade wine. The included coils are ideal for pumping glycol or chilled water through to keep your fermentations chilled.
